How long will the press-on nail stay on for？
With Nexpressio adhesive sticky nail tab, our press-on nails can last anywhere from at least a week up to xx days, depending on how well they are applied, and what scenario you are using them. To make them last longer, it's important to prep your nails properly, remembering the "3-hours rule", and avoid soaking your hands in water too much.
How can I apply my nails to last longer
Keep Nails Clean Before Application:
Make sure you wash your hands before applying. For best results, please buff the surface of your natural nails with the nail file in the kit, then wipe off any grease and dirt with an alcohol pad. Then please avoid touching your natural nails again, as the grease may get on the nail surface and lead to a loose finish.
Squeeze out as many air bubbles as possible：
After placing the adhesive nail tab, it's key to use your finger to press towards two sides and push out any air bubbles ! This secures a strong bond!
Heat with a hair dryer for extra adhesion:
We highly recommend using your hair dryer to heat the adhesive nail tab and then press to firm it up. One finger at a time. Next, remove the film from the tab, heat the gel again with a hair dryer, while the gel is hot, apply the nail at a 45° angle diagonally downwards and press for 10-20s, pressing firmly to ensure there is no air.
Avoid Water Immediately After Application:
Ensure the nails remain dry for as long as possible (at least 3 hours) after application (e.g., apply before bedtime). Washing hands or getting them wet right after application can reduce adhesion.
*Avoid Soaking in Hot Water:
If nails shift after washing hair, press them back into place and blow-dry your nails. Please rest assure, washing hands and showering generally doesn’t affect durability applied that you have allowed 3 hours to let the sticky tab formed the bond.
Does press-on nails cause any damage to my natural nails?
Press-on nails with adhesive sticky tabs are much gentler on your natural nails VS. applying glue or regularly going to nail salon. The tabs are less likely to cause damage due to the nature of the tabs and the material it is made of. This provides optimal safe contact with natural nails and better using experience over glue, which means less risk of pulling off layers of your natural nail when you remove the press-on nails following instructions.
However, if the adhesive tabs aren’t removed carefully or if they’re worn for an extended period, they could cause some slight peeling or weakening on the layer of your natural nails. To minimize this risk, it’s recommended to remove your press-ons gently and avoid forcing them off. Additionally, giving your nails a wee break between applications when you feel necessary, the nails will just be alright. TIPS FOR PROLONGING THE WEAR OF YOUR PRESS-ON NAILS
Our press-on nails have been thoughtfully tested across a range of daily activities — from hair washing to light gardening and delicate handwashing. While the Easy Sticky Nail Tab is designed for durability, excessive pressure may compromise their longevity. For optimal wear, we recommend using the soft pads of your fingers in place of the nail tips during such tasks to maintain a flawless finish.
What to do if I bought one size bigger?
**If your press-on nails are too curved and don't fit your natural nails, we recommend using a hair dryer to blow on them individually (before applying), after they are softened slightly, adjust the shape by gently twisting them (be careful not to break them), then fit on your natural nails to minimise the gaps and achieve an optimal fit on your natural nails.
How to choose the best size for me
S: Suitable for appx 70% of users, those with an average nail size, or first-time users. M: Designed for customers with larger nails, wider nail beds, or flatter nail shapes.
*For a more comfortable fit, consider sizing up if needed; alternatively, sizing down may contribute to longer-lasting wear.
*If you have selected one size smaller, soaking your nails in warm water and gently pressing may help expand the nails slightly, allowing for a better fit with your natural nails.
**Please note that while our press-on nails are designed to provide a secure and natural-looking fit, due to the unique shape and curvature of every individual's natural nails, a 100% perfect fit cannot be guaranteed. Can I sleep with my pre-bond eyelashes?
It's highly depends on how sensitive your eyes are as it may cause discomfort if the lashes rub against your eyelids while sleeping.
Rest assured, it's perfectly safe if you accidentally fall asleep with your pre-glued lashes, just check on them in the morning to see if they need any touch-ups or if it's better to replace them altogether.
Are Nexpressio Lashes reusable?
Although pre-boned lashes are designed for single-use, as the bonding of adhesive strips may reduce over time during exposure to oil and moisture, however, if you're gentle with them when removing and store properly, there's a chance you could reuse them 3-4 times as we made Nexpressio Lashes with extra bonding.
How can I keep my pre-glued lashes last longer?
Be Gentle with Removal: When taking them off, avoid pulling or tugging too hard. gently peel your pre-glued lashes with your applicator straight down, then place them back in the box properly for storage.(If you would like to reuse them)
Oil-Based Products: Oil can break down the adhesive. Please avoid using oil-based makeup removers or skincare products near the lashes or simply just them after removal of the lashes.
*Tips
We recommend using the lash sealer to add extra hold if you would like to keep your pre-boned lashes secure for 10 days or more without removing them.
